BALLYA Amlodipine Test is manufactured by BALLYA, it’s rapid test for detection the content of amlodipine in grains, food and seafood, especially in grains and food.
Lateral flow assay test base on the gold immunochromatography assay technology
Amlodipine is a new generation of long-acting, basic dihydropyridine calcium channel antagonists, and the representative of the third generation calcium antagonists. Its advantages are slow onset, long duration of action, convenient administration and few side effects. Because of its unique structure and pharmacological properties, it has been widely used to treat hypertension and angina pectoris.
1. Expand peripheral arterioles to reduce peripheral resistance (afterload), thereby reducing myocardial energy consumption and oxygen demand;
2. Expand the coronary arteries and small coronary arteries in normal and ischemic areas, and increase the oxygen supply to the myocardium in patients with coronary spasm (variant angina).
Headache, mild to moderate edema, fatigue, nausea, flushing, palpitations and dizziness.
1. Allergy to amlodipine or other calcium channel blockers.
2. Severe hypotension.
1. (1) Because the drug can cause a decrease in blood pressure, it should be used with caution in patients with aortic stenosis; (2) Congestive heart failure, especially when combined with β-blockers; (3) When liver function is damaged Drug metabolism declines and half-life is prolonged, so use with caution.
2. Amlodipine can be combined with other antihypertensive drugs such as
thiazide diuretics, β-receptor blockers or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.
3. Amlodipine has no protective effect on the rebound phenomenon caused by the sudden discontinuation of β-blockers, and the withdrawal of β-blockers should be slow.
4. Nitroglycerin or long-acting nitrate esters combined with amlodipine can enhance the effect of anti-angina pectoris. Although no rebound phenomenon has been reported, the dose should be gradually reduced under the guidance of a physician when stopping the drug.
5. There is no need to stop the medication before surgery, but the anesthesiologist must understand the patient's medication status.
6. If persistent skin reactions occur after taking the medicine, the medicine should be stopped.
7. Drug overdose and treatment: Overdose can cause significant and long-lasting peripheral vasodilatation, leading to severe hypotension and reflex tachycardia.
