Instrution For Malachite Green Rapid Test (Tissue)

Introduction
MG Test is based on the competitive inhibition immune Malachite Green assay. During the lateral flow procedure, MG residues in extracted samples will bind to the colloidal gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibodies, inhibit the combination of antibodies. Then the MG-BSA conjugates on the NC membrane, leading to color changes of the test line (line T).

Specificity
This product shows negative result in detecting 100μg/L of tetracycline, chloramphenicol, or nitro furans residues.

Test Procedure
(1) Prepare the sample. (Refer to the instruction)
(2) Open the packages and take out required amounts of micro-well reagents and Test Cards, and label the materials properly. Please use the Test Cards within 60mins after opening. The unused reagents should be resealed.
(3) Using a micropipette, inject 100ml of the sample solution into the micro-well, and mix the reagents slowly and thoroughly by pipetting.
(4) Incubate at room temperature (20~25℃) for 3mins, then add 100ml of the mixture into the sample hole (S hole) vertically.
(5) Start the timer when the sample solution flows. After 10mins, interpret the test results according to the sketch picture. The result in other time period is invalid.

Interpretation of Results
Visual interpretation of the result obtained by comparing the intensity of each test line with the control (CTRL) line.
Invalid: Line C does not appear. Please retest with new cards.
