BALLYA Dibutyl Phthalate Test is manufactured by BALLYA, it’s rapid test for detection the content of dibutyl phthalate in grains, food and edible oil, especially in grain and food.
Lateral flow assay test base on the gold immunochromatography assay technology.
Dibutyl phthalate is the most commonly used plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride, which can make products have good flexibility, but has high volatility and water extractability, so it has poor durability.
1. This product is a plasticizer. It has strong solubility for many resins. Mainly used for PVC processing, which can impart good flexibility to products. Because of its relatively low price and good processability, it is widely used in China, almost equivalent to DOP. However, volatility and water extraction are relatively high, so the durability of the product is poor, and its use should be gradually restricted.
2. This product is excellent plasticity of nitrocellulose and strong gel ability. Used in nitrocellulose coatings, it has a good softening effect. Stability, flex resistance, adhesion and water resistance are all excellent.
3. The product can also be used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl acetate, alkyd resin, ethyl cellulose and neoprene rubber.
4. It can also be used to make paints, adhesives, artificial leather, printing inks, safety glass, celluloid, dyes,
pesticides, fragrance solvents, fabric lubricants, etc.
Although there is no report on the photolysis of phthalate esters, organisms have an enrichment effect on phthalate esters because the experimenters found that there are obvious residues of such compounds in
aquatic organisms.
