2. Mechanism of action

1. Isoprocarb pesticide
A. Spray pests on rice: To prevent planthoppers and leafhoppers, use 2% powder to 2.5 kg per acre, directly dust or mix fine soil with 15 kg, and spread evenly.

C. Spraying dosage when controlling rice pests: use 20% emulsion 150-200ml, water 75-100 kg, spray evenly.

The hazards of Isoprocarb
Toxicity: Isoprocarb is a moderately toxic pesticide. It has little irritation to the eyes and skin of rabbits, has no obvious accumulation toxicity, and has no carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects in the test dose, and is toxic to fish and bees.
Rabbit eye mucosal stimulation test can cause mild conjunctival congestion and pupil shrinkage; the tail immersion test in mice is negative.
Ames test, mouse bone marrow eosinophil micronucleus test, and mouse sperm abnormality test were all negative.
The accumulation coefficient is> 5.3, which has an inhibitory effect on whole blood cholinesterase (ChE), and its chronic maximum non-action dose is 73.5 mg / (kg body weight).
2. Isoprocarb poisoning
Isoprocarb is a moderately toxic pesticide that can be absorbed through the digestive tract, respiratory tract, and skin.

3. Isoprocarb poisoning symptoms
Symptoms of poisoning: headache, fatigue, pale complexion, vomiting, sweating, drooling, diminished pupils, blurred vision, severe consciousness coma, disappearance of reflection, and generalized spasm.
Inadvertent contact with skin or splashing into eyes: Rinse with plenty of water (preferably saline) for more than 15 minutes. Inhalation: Immediately move inhaler to fresh air, unbutton clothes and lie down to keep quiet.
Isoprocarb poisoning treatment
A. Respiratory tract absorption: Quickly remove the patient from the scene to fresh air and keep their airways open. If breathing difficulties occur, give oxygen. Patients with apnea need to be intubated and given ventilator-assisted breathing therapy.
B. Skin contamination treatment: Remove contaminated clothing immediately, and wash with soap and plenty of flowing water for at least 15 minutes.
C. Eye contamination treatment: Rinse thoroughly with running water or physiological saline for at least 15 minutes. If corneal damage is suspected, ophthalmology diagnosis and treatment must be performed.
D. Gastrointestinal intake: promptly induce vomiting and repeat gastric lavage. Gastric lavage fluid with water or 2% to 5% sodium bicarbonate solution.
A. Respiratory system protection: It is recommended to wear a self-priming filter-type gas mask when contacting farmland spraying operations.

C. Skin protection: Wear appropriate protective clothing and chemical-resistant gloves.
