Whole milk

Whole milk powder contains fatter and is easily deteriorated by high temperature and oxidation. Skim milk powder has more lactose content than whole milk powder, so it has a strong moisture absorption capacity. Once the milk powder is wet, it will change the colloidal state of the protein and reduce the solubility in water.

The milk nutritional content of whole milk powder is 25.5% protein, 26.5% fat, 37.3% carbohydrate, and 979 mg calcium, 685 mg phosphorus, 1.9 mg iron, 0.8 mg riboflavin and 0.6 mg niacin per 100 g. The milk nutrients content of skimmed milk powder is 36% protein, 1% fat, 52% carbohydrate, 1300 mg calcium, 1030 mg phosphorus, 0.6 mg iron, 40 vitamin A (international unit) 40, thiamine 0.35 mg, Riboflavin 1.96 mg, niacin 1.1 mg, and traces of ascorbic acid per 100 g. The whole milk powder has fewer minerals, but because of the higher fat, the milk calories is higher than that of skim milk powder.
Edible attention
It is not advisable to use boiling water to prepare milk powder.
1. The milk powder should not be exposed to the sun or moisture. After use, the air inside the bag must be drained and kept this bag tight;
2. Do not drink milk on an empty stomach, but also eat some bread, cakes, etc., to extend the residence time of milk in the digestive tract, so that it is fully digested absorb.
