No need to mix eggs with milk

Some people like to use boiled milk to make raw eggs, and think that they can make up for it. Because the temperature of the milk is not high enough, the eggs are not fully cooked. Therefore, this method is unsanitary.

Raw eggs may have pathogenic Salmonella. The killing of such bacteria requires a certain temperature. The bacteria cannot be completely killed by the temperature of the milk. It can cause gastroenteritis after eating.

Raw eggs contain avidin, which prevents the absorption of biotin in the intestine; antitrypsin can also inhibit the activity of trypsin

The protein of raw eggs is not easily absorbed.

Therefore, it is not necessary to mix the eggs with milk, and the eggs can only be eaten after being cooked, to ensure the nutrition and meet the hygiene requirements.

6.milk and medicine

Some people like to use milk instead of boiled water to take medicine. Milk can affect the body's absorption of drugs. Because milk easily forms a cover film on the surface of the drug, the calcium, magnesium and other minerals in the milk chemically react with the drug to form a water-insoluble substance, thereby affecting the release and absorption of the drug effect. Therefore, do not drink milk for 1 hour before and after taking the medicine.

7.milk and tea

When drinking milk, you should not drink tea at the same time, because the tannic acid in the tea will hinder the absorption of calcium ions in the milk.
