Prevention and control measures
Ⅰ. Control of logistics areas such as living areas and office areas (office areas, living areas, warehouses, and feed storehouses)
Drug control equipment:
Sticky trap lamp, wind curtain or soft curtain, outdoor fly trap lamp, fly trap cage, flytrap, suspension agent, wettable powder and bait formulation.
Physical prevention and control measures:
1. Install screen doors (soft curtains, wind curtains) and screen windows at the entrance and exit, and keep good use condition.
2. Installation of sticky trap lights and isolation buffer in key areas (involving food safety) can reduce the probability of pest invasion.
3. Storage trap lights are set in outdoor insect-infested areas.
4. Fly castles or cages are suspended in fly-gathering areas for trapping and killing.
Chemical prevention and control measures:
Retention spraying (7-30 days transition) with wettable and suspension agents can evenly spray on the surfaces of screen windows, doorframes, walls on both sides of the entrance and exit, and green belts on the building surface, which can effectively knock down mosquitoes and flies entering the room. Indoor placement of fly-killing particles (tasteless and lasting), trapping flies into the indoor.
Ⅱ. Prevention and control of production areas
1. Peripheral areas (open space between sheds, excrement collection area, sewage drainage ditch, passage, water separation tank, etc.)
Drug control equipment:
Outdoor trap lamp, fly trap cage, flytrap, larva control agent, wettable powder and suspension agent.
Environmental prevention and control measures:
(1). Clear/improve breeding areas, control the breeding environment of pests at source, and conduct regular inspection and treatment. Spraying larval control agents;
(2). Clean up the passageway in time to avoid the long-term accumulation of feces scattered on the ground and become the main breeding ground for flies.
(3). Do a good job of sanitation and cleaning inside and outside the sheds, regularly clean up weeds to reduce the breeding source, attraction source and hiding area of pests and rats;
(4). Cleaning and transporting manure in time, the drainage of manure is unblocked, and the rational separation and purification of manure and water are in place.
(5). Facilities and environment are thoroughly disinfected, and pest breeding is not facilitated.
Physical prevention and control measures:
(1). Installation of outdoor trap lights in densely populated areas;
(2). The running field is cleaned regularly and the calf shed is cleaned and disinfected regularly. A flytrap station is set up every 15 m.
(3). Flytraps can be suspended in fixed areas such as pillars to trap flies.
Chemical prevention and control measures:
(1). Drop/suspend fly control particles around the farming area. Avoid particle dispersion, preferably in containers, and enhance safety.
(2). Wettable powder and suspension were diluted with water to kill adult flies and control them for a long time.
(3). It is suggested that the fecal collection area should be cleaned up every day to avoid the breeding and reproduction of flies.
(4). The larval control agents were put into the dung collection area, sewage drainage ditch and water-excrement separation tank for 7-30 days.
2. Inside the cowshed (lactating cowshed, reserve cowshed, calf island, etc.)
Drug control equipment:
trap station, flytrap, sticky trap, bait formulation, and larval inhibitor
Environmental prevention and control measures:
(1). It is recommended that feces be cleaned up every day, if not, but at least twice a week.
(2). Clean and disinfect cowshed corridors, neck clips and fences (weekly-monthly);
(3). Sand beds are regularly dumped and fecal collection areas are cleaned and disinfected monthly.
Physical prevention and control measures:
(1). Fly trapping cages or castles are set up in the areas of pillars and measurements for centralized trapping and killing.
(2). When the density of insect population is high, the density of adult flies can be reduced by hanging sticky traps (fan pillars, sand bed pillars, etc.) in conjunction with flytrap and fly trap castle.
(3). The outdoor trap lights are set up in the breeding source of the outdoor environment and the dense insect population area.
(4). Spraying fly larval growth inhibitors (20g/㎡) every 15 days on sand beds, running fields, calf islands, etc.
Ⅲ. Milking Hall
Drug control equipment:
sticky trap lamp, sticky trap, larval control agent and granule
Environmental prevention and control measures:
1. Clean and disinfect inside and outside the hall every day.
2. Sewage pipe discharge, not open, and sewage pipe disinfection treatment regularly;
3. The entrance is recommended to set up a buffer channel.
Physical prevention and control measures:
1. Hanging and stacking traps to kill adult flies.
2. Installation of a sticky trap lamp in the hall to control the density of insect control.
3. Installing wind curtain or soft curtain at the entrance and exit can reduce the probability of insect pest invasion.
4. Hanging larval control agent at the sewage outlet.
