The first: Double- skin milk
I believe that many people who like desserts have been attracted by double-skin milk’s unique taste. I used to buy it in dessert shops, basically a small bowl of more than ten RMB(Chinese currency: yuan). But if you make it yourself at home, the cost is only four or five Yuan, and you can add red beans, raisins, fruit, and other ingredients according to your taste, and the taste will be even richer.
Ingredients: 250 ml of milk, 20g of milk powder, 1 egg, 15g of sugar, an appropriate amount of red beans and honey.
Step 1: Pour the milk into a clean empty bowl and add 20 g of milk powder to stir.
Step 2: Pour the stirred milk into a milk pot to cook, then pour the boiled milk into an empty bowl for a moment. A layer of milk skin is formed on the surface of the milk after about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Pour the egg white into the bowl, slowly pour the milk into it, and add sugar to stir. Then filter the mixture of the milk-egg liquid with a mesh. (slow in the process of pouring milk, you need to leave the generated milk skin at the bottom of the bowl.)
Step 4: Pour the filtered milk-egg solution into the bowl, and the milk skin will float to the surface.
Step 5: Seal the bowl with fresh film, boil it for about 15 minutes. Braise for 2 minutes after steaming.
Step 6: Take out the double-skin milk to cool and add the ingredients you like. I usually add red bean and honey.
The double-skinned milk made in this way is not only smooth, but also fragrant. Those who like to eat ice can also refrigerate the double-skinned milk in the refrigerator for an hour and eat it. It tastes better.
The second: caramel milk pudding
Caramel milk pudding should be a dessert that everyone who likes dessert must learn. It is not only simple to make, but also can not be replaced by any dessert.
Ingredients: 500 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 50g of sugar.
Step 1: put 50 grams of sugar in the pan and cook slowly until the sugar melts and becomes scorched yellow, then turn off the fire immediately. Put the cooked sugar in a small bowl to cool.
Step 2: Drive the egg into the bowl and stir it, pour the milk into the egg liquid, then pour the filtered milk-egg liquid into a small bowl which is just filled with caramel.
Step 3: Put the tin paper cover on the bowl, steam for 5 minutes, and braise for 2 minutes to be taken out. (Those with an oven can also use it to make caramel milk pudding, the oven is preheated to 150 degrees, and the fire is up and down for 60 minutes).
Step 4: cool the steamed pudding and buckle it on a plate. It can also be refrigerated and eaten. The taste will be better.
