First introduced the tool room of Lumix Dairy. According to the different production properties of the floor, different cleaning tools should be placed neatly. Don't underestimate these cleaning tools. They are all imported from abroad, with no feather loss, avoiding the possibility of foreign matter. Different colors of the towels, the use is also different, all the parts of the category are placed in the storage box.
In the fifth floor material-feeding workshop, the large materials that have passed the customs inspection and the milk company quality inspection are qualified and are put into the storage equipment after being disinfected and sterilized by the outer packaging air shower-off outer bag-internal packaging bag alcohol disinfection-ultraviolet irradiation.

The large material is sieved through 12 mesh vibrating screens three times to prevent any impurities from being introduced into the product and retain milk nutritional facts. (Screen size: 1.70mm, like 12 screens on a thumbnail cover)
Besides, a temperature measuring instrument is installed in the production workshop to monitor the temperature and relative humidity of the workshop in real-time to suit the production process of goat milk powder. (According to the national GB23790 "Good Manufacturing Practice for Powdered Infant Formula Foods", the temperature in the cleaning operation area is required to be no higher than 25 °C, and the relative humidity should be below 65%.)
The small material is qualified by double inspection. After the internal and external packaging is disinfected and bacteria virus is killed, it is accurately measured to 0.1g, premixed, and then passed through a 20-mesh vibrating screen for three screenings to remove impurities, make sure that the milk is good.
Then, the small material is mixed with the large material, and then subjected to a vibrating sieve, and then three times of screening. Strict screening has been done several times to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the milk powder.
Here, different production areas have different levels of hygiene requirements. Some workshops can be visited by wearing sterile clothes and sterile shoes; while the main production workshops of milk powder can only be visited through the transparent glass.
The entire production workshop is fully enclosed, mainly to ensure true clean and sterile; there are various pipes, which are responsible for conveying milk powder, ventilation, and machine crossovers that carry materials back and forth, presenting a busy scene.
