Test procedure
1. Read the instruction and let the sample and test card at room temperature.
2. Take out and mark the test card, use it within 1h.
3. Drop 150µL of sample (avoid the oil layer) into the micro well, pipetting up and down to dissolve the reagent. Then, incubate for 3mins at room temperature.
4. Pipetting all the sample into the sample well, stand for 15mins and read the result. The result after 15mins is invalid.
